Bleep manufacturing is based in Hong Kong with the principal production facilities located in Nantau - Shenzhen.
We have a total production area of 1900 sq. m with advanced production facilities, e.g. in process burn-in lines, SMT, mixed technology PCBA.
Product quality is our top concern and thus we have implemented an ISO9000 compatible operating system since we achieved the certification in 1998. Last year we also gained the certification of ISO9000 (2000 version) as our commitment to on-going quality improvement. Also, the overall operations efficiency has been enhanced subsequent to the implementation of our MRPII (BPCS) in 1999.

In terms of services provided by us, we are using a vertically integrated manufacturing concept, which means that our involvement in your projects can include the following:

We have a total workforce of 580. 500 out of them are skilled workers while 80 of them are managerial staff (40) and R&D Engineers (40).
